Property Description:

This cute Hatteras Island beach cottage is a cozy spot for your next family vacation. The beach is just a short distance from the cottage, only six lots from the beach, with convenient direct beach access.

The first level houses two furnished sundecks, one facing north and one offering great southern exposure. You enter the cottage into the den area which is an expansion of the living area. The living area opens into the kitchen and dining. A full bath with shower stall is located off the kitchen.

Climb the spiral staircase to the second level where you will find two queen bedrooms, an open loft bedroom with pyramid bed, TV and children’s play nook. Also on the second level is a full bath with tub/shower combination.

Sunshine Daydream is within easy walking distance to several restaurants including the local Dairy Queen.
