The house is large, spacious, and warm, and the kitchen is well stocked. It definitely does not have an ocean view, though, because other houses in the Viking Court complex and a large dune block all view from the ocean. If you walk down the driveway, go up a flight of stairs to the small boardwalk, you can stand or sit outside and see the ocean. The 2 kitchens are well stocked, and the bathrooms are nice. The couches are very old and don't have much cushion left. There are 2 tvs, one very large with a DVD player. The pillows really need replacing, as they are pretty smashed flat. I suggest any guests bring their own pillows, and maybe a favorite cushion to sit on. There are a lot of chairs, so if you have a large party, it would be great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet in the off season, and is well situated for touring the rest of the Outer Banks. I liked my stay here a lot, but thought this advertisement was misleading, since there is no view of the ocean.
