The beaches in Southern Shores are private – meaning you’ll only have to share with residents and other guests. You and your family can spread out and enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded shore. Getting to the beach will be easy (only 300 feet to beach access w/pedestrian crosswalk), Enjoy the walking or bike path right in front of the property.

2 parking passes are available with a $15 deposit per pass for Southern Shores amenities in 2024. Amenities include beach parking, tennis, and community parks.
