The large private pool (14'x26') is the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach. The family is also sure to love the full volleyball court, pool table, hot tub, WIFI and large decks. For your convenience, all bedrooms offer private bathrooms and TVs. For 2012, enjoy complimentary bed linens on all weekly reservations.

Located in between Kitty Hawk and Duck, the beach community of Southern Shores is close to everything yet maintains a unique and tranquil style of its own. The beaches in Southern Shores are private – meaning you’ll only have to share with residents and other guests! You and your family can spread out and enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded shore. Plus, the beach access is just 300 feet away! The exclusive community of Southern Shores also offers a biking/walking path, marinas and a lovely park-like setting.

Planning a special event or have a large group? This vacation home is located next to SS-147. These two properties are ideal for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats and any other large gatherings (14 bedrooms total).      House needs TLC!!
    Great house but needs maintenance work! Spacious & beautifully decorated but fridge by pool not working, 1 dishwasher not working, 2 tvs's not working, sand volleyball court overgrown with grass and tree limbs. Our trip still went smoothly because only 11 of us were staying there. Summer traffic noise a big minus too.

    we came here in 2005 and it was great!!!!!!!! we left our bobcat licence plate there and i was wondering if it is still there

    We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed this home so much, when you stayed in 2005. We also hope that you come back to visit us. I have not ever noticed a bobcat license plate in the house.
