Yano SS-125

We have been going to OBX for countless years, sometimes several times a year. We have rented in every town between Nags Head and Corolla with many realtors. Sun Realty is one of our favorites, and bar none, this house is one of the best we have ever rented. The view of the ocean from the house is wonderful. The location of the house is perfect. You access the beach right across the street. Southern Shores is nice and quiet and relaxed itself, but you are a short drive to all the fun on the bypass. It is also a nice drive to Duck around the corner and Corolla a bit further. The house itself is so well appointed. The pool and hot tub are first rate. The master bedroom is gorgeous and opens to a deck that leads to the pool. Sitting on the front deck watching the world go by is great. The furniture is super comfy. The kitchen very well apointed. AND there is an elevator. This is incredibly helpful for loading and unloading the car and for groceries (NOTE: This won't work for wheelchairs as the top floor has a step up from the elevator). We love this house so much we booked it again for next year, and we never repeat book houses! I would live in this house that is how much I like it. Last thing of note, the beach access where this house is located is rarely crowded...which is a definitely plus too!
