Sunny Side Up S-30

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this home! Love having the option of a pool. This home is decorated very tastefully and love that there are wood floors in all the common areas. Can't wait to visit again!

THis home was beautiful! I took my family and my grand-daughter which it was her first vacation. It was just as warm and cozy as a home. I would go back in a minute and stay here.

This home is an excellent choice. It is fit for a family with children or a small group of adults. Upon entering the house, it felt just like home. We could not have picked a better place to stay. Stay here...you will not regret it!

Well, besides the A/C breaking, and Tropical Storm Hannah barely missing us, we had an amazing time. The house was really clean for it being an animal friendly house. The games, VHS movies, and toys were great for kids. The privacy was amazing, compared to all the other houses in the OBX. We loved the trees and the yard, and the layout of the house. The fully equipped kitchen was such a bonus too. One thing I would do is update your page to say you have beach chairs, beach buggy to carry stuff, and beach toys. We brought all of that to find out all of that was already there. Thanks so much for providing such a beautiful house to us. One more suggestion, the DVD player in the main room has problems, the color was not working (everything showed up as the color green)we tried to fix the settings, but it wouldn't work, so we were unable to watch movies. This all turned out okay due to our beach exhaustion at the end of the day, but when bad weather set in, we really wanted to watch movies. Thanks, Sunny Side UP, we loved the house. This was our first time to OBX and we want to come back next year again.

This is a GREAT House! The pics really dont do it justice! Room's have been even updated more! Awesome pool, hot tub and short walk to the beach on a cul de sac. Clean outside shower!!! Just be aware that the backyard is not fenced in ...we assumed it was and it wasn't but not a big deal b/c our dog (little) stayed on the enclosed porch in the shade:)
