Everyone in the family will enjoy this six bedroom, four and a half bathroom semi-soundfront home in the luxurious Corolla community of Monteray Shores. This family friendly vacation home has a fantastic view of the sound. You won’t have to worry about leaving any member of the family behind, this home is dog friendly. The whole family will be entertained with the private pool, hot tub, game room with foosball table and access to all the Monteray Shores amenities. Monteray Shores has a community recreation room, pool, tennis, children's playground, boat launch and a lovely dock perfect for taking photos at sunset. Nearby beach accesses will lead you to un-crowded Corolla beaches with lifeguards. The pool may be heated for a fee of $350. This home has excellent access to the sound via Monteray Shores amenities, perfect for windsurfers. If you can’t travel with your equipment, don’t worry! The community of Monteray Shores rents windsurfing equipment.

Lovely semi soundfront home. The lower level features a game room with foosball, wet bar, refrigerator and microwave. This level also has a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with two single beds, a full hall bath and the laundry. The mid level offers a queen master bedroom and two queen bedrooms with a connecting full bath. The top level has a queen master bedroom with a whirlpool tub, kitchen, dining, living room with fireplace, half bath and a loft. The hot tub is by the heated pool on the lower level.     This house is approximately 6000 feet from the beach. There is deeded parking in whalehead for Monterey Shores residents closer to the beach, thus maybe 100 yards. There is a beach access from the club house but again it is across route 12.

    How far is the beach from this house? Is their a community shuttle to the beach? Also, is their beach access from the club house? Stayed in Corolla Light before so not sure on Corolla? looking into Paradise Sound - MS-18
