An Avon Soundside Vacation Home with Community Pool and Tennis Access

Enjoy the vacation breezes at the vacation home on Hatteras Crosswind in the Kinnakeet Shores Subdivision in Avon. This soundside home offers beautiful Pamlico Sound and sunset views as well as a convenient and spacious floor plan. The first level offers three bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunks that share a full bath with a second bedroom with 2 singles. Also on this level there is a master bedroom with a Queen bed and private bath. The second level features a spacious great room with living, dining and kitchen. Bedroom four is found on this level with a queen bed and semi-private full bath. Furnished sundecks and a screened porch with hot tub will be enjoyed by all. Community pool and tennis access is just a short distance away. Crosswind is the coolest vacation spot on Hatteras Island.

Each of these lovely homes is located close to either the ocean or the sound. Kinnakeet Shores offers an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool‚ kiddie pool and 2 tennis courts.
