My Three Gulls - KIN-824

"When we arrived we were delighted with the area. Within walking distance to the pool, movie theater, Food Lion shopping Center and a close playground at the entrance to the subdivision. Going further down Dory Drive (2 blocks) we found a basketball hoop (I think) and a sand volleyball lot; so the teens within the family did not have need for wheels and the family CAB could be put out of service. The area is very flat; so skates, bikes, and since the roads are not heavily travelled, even the Big Wheels had a good time. The ice cream man comes by around 8:00 pm for a evening treat. The house has LOTS of steps; however, if you look at the great selections of restuarants in the area; the steps offer a great means of exercise. Actually this is really a split staircase; so if you stop at each level your only going up maybe seven steps at a time. The first floor offers a den/bedroom with TV; so while you grill you can chill in this great spot. Also, this home gave the children their own space. Since the bedrooms (3) are on the middle level, the larger great room on top gave our family that added seperation between teens and parents. Yet, you are all still under one roof and happily I might add. The Master Bedroom suite was very comfy. It included a front covered deck as well as a very large walk in closet, which was great for our toddlers to play in; so they too had there own space. On the landings in between the stairs are a laundry area at level 1 & 1/2 and at level 2 & 1/2 offers a powder room; so from the great room you only have 6 steps to the powder room. The hot tub is located on the top deck by the great room and the kitchen has an added deck facing the Sound. We found it very spacious and our family truly enjoyed their time here."
