Community pool makes this nice condo community a great find for a small family on a budget. Nestled in Section F of Ocean Sands, these one level condos offer two covered parking spaces, two bedrooms, (one queen master bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds) full hall bath and all the comforts of home including microwave, range, laundry, refrigerator and a deck overlooking the pool area. The living area has a sofa, loveseat, two chairs, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. It's all yours here at Indian Summer! This condo has new carpet and tile. This is a smoke free and pet free house. Bed linens provided year-round for weekly rentals.

"We had a wonderful week at the Outer Banks. We had perfect beach weather all week. The Sunday check in worked better for us than a Saturday check in.
The unit was very nice and comfortable.
Of course, our week went too fast and we didn't find time to use the pool much, but we did use the tennis court once. The short walk to the beach was great and it was at a great location for shopping, dining, and activities. We climbed the light house, played the mini golf, rented bikes, and walked the nature trail. It was a great week. Thank you."
