We stayed here several years ago for a large family vacation. We had two family members in wheel chairs, one that had just had open heart surgery, and one needing a knee replacement, the elevator was a God sent! The house is beautiful and has everything you would want or need. The pool is great with small children, as well as older adults.
It's also nice that the beach/ocean is right in front of us. We are returning this year for another family vacation with another group of family, looking forward to an other fun filled vacation in this beautiful house.

We stayed in this house during Thanksgaving of 2005 and we loved it. We have a very large family and the house had plenty of everything for large meals, etc. The elevator was a bonus for all the grocery shopping we did- and two family members had knee replacements. Unfortunatedly we did not reserve it in time for 2006 so we had to stay in another home- not as nice- We are fortunate this year to reserve it in time for another great Thanksgiving at OBX in 2007. Lovely oceanfront home with beds, baths and enough tvs for everybody- elevator, pet friendly, handicap accessible- something for everyone of every age. Our family ranges from 6 to 78 years old. Great house- a big thank you to the owners for making it that way!!!

We stayed in this unit with four generations of my family. It was great there was something for everyone. My Mom needed the elevator and enjoyed sitting on the Dune deck. The kids like the kiddie pool. The layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms made it great for several small families. Every famiy had their own bathroom. I will stay here again!

We LOVED this beautiful
We LOVED this beautiful house! We had a family reunion here with 7 couples, all past retirement age (64-80 years old) so the elevator was wonderful for carrying luggage and groceries inside! We each had our own room with TV and we loved the layout of the entire house. Our only problem was the driveway with the sharp dropoff to the driveway that adjoined. There must be a reason for the construction, but it made it difficult to park along the driveway. The house is so nice, we have already reserved the house for next year. This is the 10th year at OBX for our family reunion!

This is a great property. We had family ranging from 3 months to 77 years & everyone had a great time. The dune board walk was especially nice & close to the great kid friendly beach. Pool also great for the kids. The great room was also "great" with the large dining room table & open area. Loved it! July 2009
