The lower level has a game room with pool table, kitchenette, electronics and futon. There is a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and bunk bed, full bath and access to pool and hot tub. The lower level exterior has the private heated pool, hot tub, shower and a half bath.

The mid level offers a king master bedroom, a queen master bedroom, a king bedroom with connecting full bath to a bedroom with two single beds, a trundle and full-sized crib. There is also a laundry room with two dryers.

The upper level features a king master bedroom, a half bath, kitchen, a sunroom with great views, the dining room, ships watch, and the great room with electronics, gas fireplace and outstanding ocean views. The dining areas feature seating for 16.
