3 bth (3Q, 3S, 3B) Located in one of the most secluded and beautiful areas of the Outer Banks, 'Ocean Delight' is the cure for the average vacation! Explore the canals and dunes at this peaceful getaway in the 4x4 area of Carova. Enjoy the natural coastal setting and be sure to keep an eye out for the amazing wild horses grazing along the back roads. An above-ground pool and large deck will entertain your family for hours. Adventure and relaxation await at "Ocean Delight"!

Please note that you must have a four wheel drive (not all wheel) vehicle to access Carova and the other 4x4 beaches. Enjoy the "Banks" the way they used to - driving directly on the beach!

Layout:The lower level has a full bath, a bedroom with two bunks, a bedroom with a bunk and a single and the game room with air hockey and wide screen TV. The mid level offers the laundry, full bath, two queen bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a covered deck on this level. The top level features a full bath, a queen bedroom with deck and the living area with TV and ocean views. The sun deck is on the top level with great views. The house has a computer and WIFI so bring your laptop. Please note that ATVs are not allowed by county law.

You’ll have a timeless adventure at this North Carolina destination, but be sure to come prepared! Carova is only accessible by four wheel drive and there are no stores, gas stations, or restaurants.

    My family and I had a perfect vacation here. We woke up to horses playing in the yard, to frogs hopping around that the kids absolutely loved. If you are looking to rent a house near wild horses, in a private setting, near the beach we recommend this house. Just remember to bring lots of drinking water. See ya next year!!!!!!

    Me and my family stayed here last year and had a great time , verry clean and the pool was great for the kids and the long drive up the beach to get to the house was great because not many people traval that far up the beach, so the kids could play on the beach without that much traffic on the beach , when there playing on the beach there not really looking for cars.

    just wondering how near this house is to a grocery store. what did you drive to make it threw the sand and last was it hard traveling in the sand?

    There are several stores in Corolla on the way there. Carova being a wild horse preserve has no stores or commercial properties. It's natural setting is it's charm. The beach is no problem driving on during low tide, can be good or bad at high tide. Letting a little air out of your tires makes a huge difference.
