The Serendipity cradled our family from South Carolina, Philadelphia and Norfolk for a fantastic family Thanksgiving. The house became our home away from home providing a warm and cozy atmosphere for all. The Serendipity is a absolutely beautiful home and is completely outfitted to accommodate a large gathering. The spaciousness of the house give room to gather and private space for reading. We were able to watch the sunrise over the ocean and taken in breath taking sunsets from the expansive deck. The Serendipity is a beautiful house and the time spent there is priceless.

Nice Vacation Home
WE had a great time at this house. It is well cared for and had plenty of space. Lots of kitchen utensils and supplies were available (knives need to be sharpened). The decks around the house were great and offered views of the sound, ocean. Sunset was beautiful.
More care in cleaning pet hair from the sofa prior to our arrival was needed.

Amazing home CD-130
This property is just lovely. While very close to the ocean and the sound (1 block), it sits up high and offers the most refreshing breeze. By day, we enjoyed the water views, and at night, the stars were amazing. This home is furnished with everything one could want. The kitchen, in particular, is just perfect. We had a blast playing billiards, relaxed in the hot tub, enjoyed the many porches, and read books from an expansive collection. We came home refreshed and ready to go back to work. I would highly recommend this wonderful beach home.

Great home!
Wonderful home! The pics on-line really don't do it justice. The owner has done an outstanding job at providing ""all the little things"" that make staying there a great experience...kitchen utensils, beach chairs, crab nets, etc.
Fantastic views from the decks! Wished it were a bit closer to the beach for some of our older family members...from the description and satellite image provided, I thought it was going to be a bit closer...in the end, it was not a great inconvenience. Couple of minor maintenance issues including a clogged tub drain and outdoor shower head. Overall, a great trip.
