    Excellent location. Inside of house is very nice. Outside needs work. Yard VERY overgrown. Broken furniture piled up under car port. Area surrounding pool overgrown with grass. Basketball hoop broken and laying in yard.

    Thank you for the your comments, we do appreciate them. I have contacted the owner and the Basketbal goal has been taken away. The weeds and the pool area has been cleaned up. The home is a nice home with great ocean views and a short walk to the beach We hope to see you next year!!

    Location to beach access was great. House was nice as was the pool and hot tub. Pool area needs attention. Weeds were overgrown through the rocks, and the access path was overgrown. We pulled weeds from the access path (from pool to street) in order to get our beach cart through. Fence around pool needs repair. All in all, a good house. If there was a king bed I would have rebooked this house for next year.

    CD-11 is a great house with great ocean views. Sorry the path was orvergrown. I have called the maintenance man to get him to take care of the pool fence and the weeds trimmed. I have also talked to the owner about changing a bed to a king and he said he would take care of it for next year. Thank you for staying with Sun Realty and we look forward to seeing you next year

  • Wonderful time in CD-11
    "This guest house is very conveniently located just across the street from the beach. The walk was shorter to the beach than in the actual ocean-front houses we had rented in the past. We were delighted by this because this year we had our two-year old granddaughter with us. The short walk to the ocean kept her very happy. The pool was perfect for her, too. All the adults seemed eager to join her in the water after visits to the beach. The pool water was crystal clean and obviously very well maintained. And we could, indeed, watch dolphins from the deck! It's clearly a well loved house, though everything functioned well enough to suit us. One disappointment: The internet connection was sluggish which interfered with quick email checks and such."
