Two of the King bedrooms are master suites with private baths and the third King and bunk bedroom share a full bath accessible via the hall. Laundry facilities are also found on this level.
The stairs to third floor open to a spacious greatroom with vaulted ceiling and half bath. The kitchen is well equipped and offers a breakfast bar. The dining area provides access to the screened porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The living room has a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The final King master suite with private bath and deck access is also found on this level.

The house was perfect for our family and friends to stay during the fishing tournament. We especially liked that it was pet friendly. Since those that normally dog sit for us came with us, it was nice to take the dogs also. There was plenty of room for everyone and we were not bumping into each other. I also like that it was close enough to walk to the beach. The only drawback was there was not much grass to walk my dog in and there were sand spurs in the walking area. All in all, we will most likely go back there again.

Wonderful!
Our entire family has been coming to this house every year for a few years now and we love it. It is a fabulous has for families with little ones! With built-in gates on every level both in side and outside it makes you really be able to relax. We love the outside access bathroom by the pool...perfect for the little ones who are always having to go! Love this house and can't wait to be there in a couple weeks!!!
