Wonderful ocean views from top decks. Enjoy volleyball in the sports pool (three and a half feet deep on both ends and six feet deep in middle)a large 15'x33'. Situated on a large lot on a secluded cul-de-sac with no thru traffic.

Experience great ocean views from the top deck. The lower level has the carport, half bath, refrigerator, and laundry room. The mid level has the entrance, a queen master bedroom with TV/DVD, two twin bedroom, a full bath, open den with futon, TV, DVD and VCR and a queen bedroom with TV, love seat, private balcony and a connecting bath with an additional bedroom furnished with two twin beds. The top level boasts a queen master bedroom with private balcony, kitchen, living room, equipped with TV/VCR and stereo, dining area and a half bath. Sun by the pool or have a cool drink in the shade of the covered porch. Other amenities include a hot tub, outside shower, high chair, porta crib, and ping pong table. Located on a large lot in a quiet cul-de-sac in Section A of Ocean Sands and only fifty feet to the beach access!

    What a lovely home and you are right there at the beach. We stayed in September on a half rainy week but because this house has everything there to enjoy we had a wonderful time. A family of 10 is very comfortable here.

    This is a very nice house. Several "pros" are: 1. The public beach access is NOT directly beside the house, so you don't see every Tom, Dick, and Harry that wanders down to the beach, yet it is still a relatively short walk to the beach. 2. Pool is MOST EXCELLENT! Roomy and wasn't too cold at all, even tho it is not heated. 3. Kitchen appliances are all in good shape and work well. 4. On a cul-de-sac so no car traffic 5. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck, even tho it is not ocean-front "Cons": 1. Water pressure is terrible. I think the well pump must be one of those 15-35 psi models, so sometimes it is not too bad, but usually it is insufficient to take a good shower 2. Washer AND dryer are very unreliable. We were never sure whether or not either was working without checking back several times, only to find that usually they were not. Had to restart each several times to get through a load of laundry. 3. Several light bulbs were burned out and one would need a ladder to replace. Overall it was a great stay, we had a great time.

    I have stayed at this house off and on for 13 years now (only skipped two or three years). It is well maintained and there are upgrades every year. And the beach is just a few steps a way. Wonderful vacation spot.
