The mid level features two queen master bedrooms with TVs, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a queen bedroom with TV, a full bath, laundry and a screened porch. The top level features a king master bedroom with TV, a half bath, living area with gas fireplace and digital electronics, a sun room, a ships watch and a widows walk with ocean views. The hot tub is on the pool deck. There is an elevator and one of the queen bedrooms has handicapped accessible features. In addition, this house is on a full acre of land in a gated community.
