The Marlin II is a lovely home located in South Creek Acres with access to the community pool and tennis courts. This home is an ideal venue for your family beach vacation with its fantastic location. The back deck over looks the natural beauty of South Nags Head and is the perfect backdrop for a memorable beach vacation. Treat your family to a classic OBX vacation! The den just off the kitchen features a game/card table and bar area, that makes family game night fun and convenient.

The home has new owners for the 2012 season and they have been busy, be sure to book your reservation soon. All new beds and bedding, upgraded flat screens and blu-ray players in all the bedrooms, a large flat screen TV in the living room and the list just goes on.
