This magnificent 8 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom oceanfront vacation home offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. What beach vacation would be complete without the experience of waking up every morning and falling asleep every night to the sound of crashing waves and a view you'll never forget?

Located at MP 19.5 in the desirable town of South Nags Head, OBX Dreamin' is conveniently located to family-friendly attractions like mini-golf, go-karts, and bumper boats. You can rent a jet-ski and head out on the Pamlico Sound for some much needed and exhilirating fun! 3 miles north is the Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall which is perfect for those avid shoppers in the bunch! Conveniently located for an easy commute over to the quaint town of Manteo, where you can enjoy the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island or take part in the festivities at Roanoke Island Festival Park. On your way back across the bridge, be sure to stop at Sugar Creek restaurant, where you can dine soundside while enjoying beautiful sunsets from your table.

This home offers many extra amenities, making this the perfect setting for your Outer Banks family vacation. This spacious vacation rental features a fully furnished kitchen with two dishwashers and two sinks that makes cooking for large groups a breeze! A dining area with two ten person tables means no one will get stuck at the kids table. The private pool can be heated for an extra $400 charge. Spacious pool side patio provides lounge seating for those not wanting to take a swim. This home also features a baby pool and hot tub. A private walkway to beach with a dune top deck provides easy access to the beach.

Sheets and towels are provided for full week reservations in 2013.

Top Level: Great room, half bath, King master with jacuzzi, Dining room, Kitchen, wet bar and 2 dishwashers. Ocean views from this level.

Hot tub is located on mid level deck ocean side. Dunetop deck and exceptional decor.

     Great home!
    My extended family had dreamed of a beachfront OBX vacation since I was stationed in NC with the military. This home was an utter delight! The third floor great room with kitchen had wonderful views. We loved the two sinks, two dishwashers, and extra refrigerator and ice maker. It made cooking a cleaning up a breeze. I want 2 dishwashers in my own home now! It was kid friendly with crib, high chair and pack n play on site. The stairs were easy to block with the pack n play for little ones to safely tittle around. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. The second rec room was fun with pool table. The pool and spa were fun as well. The location was great - close to nags head and hatteras seashore, but we felt pretty secluded. We are leaving NC, but if we return to the OBX, we would definitely stay here again!

     Great Vacation!
    Hurricane Irene shortened our vacation and stay at this great home, but did not dampen our spirits or enthusiasm for our first vacation to OBX! Sun Realty was right on the ball with their customer service. When we arrived, the home had not been cleaned and there was an issue with wetness in one of the rooms but that was all understandable given the fact that they just went through a hurricane. We arrived late Monday night and I called Tuesday morning. The cleaning people were at the house within the hour. The pool people were already there when I woke up Tuesday. The linens that were provided with this house (thank you, that was a big help with packing) were already available to us. Any damage or structural issues were brought to the attention of Sun Realty and they responded with due diligence to document the issues and took care of us without question. The house itself was wonderful! Plenty of room for all of us and other than meal times, we didn't see the kids if we were in the house, which wasn't often since the beach was so close and the kids loved the pool! All in all, one of our best vacations yet, so much so that we are coming back to the same house, same time next year. Hopefully Mother Nature will take pity on us!
