This home is a great beach house with large decks. Walkways to the beach and a dune deck provide spectacular ocean views. A hot tub, hammock, and a wetbar with an ice maker are some of the wonderful amenities. A wonderful house for beach lovers who want to get away; located at the end of South Nags Head. Hot tub is on the deck facing the ocean and the elevated walkway with dune deck leads you right to the beach.This environmentally responsible home features energy efficient lighting. Cottage Layout:
Level 1: has a large wrap-around deck with hammock. Kitchen, dining and living room, along with (Q) bedroom and hall bath are on this level.
Level 2: has a spacious (K) master bedroom with deck; other bedrooms, one with Queen, one with bunk and 2 singles have access to hall bath.

This house is like internet dating - the picture is much better than the real thing. This house is very worn down and in need of repairs to the ceiling, screens, deck and outside siding. The jacuzzi tub is missing directional nozzles that results in water spraying all over the walls. Most of the window screens are shredded and the deck overlooking the sand dunes is extremely unstable. The furniture and room decor are all mismatched and makes the place look like a dumping ground for used furniture. On the bright side, the kitchen has a ton of appliances, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
This house feels like it is meant to generate income with the lowest possible cost to the owners, hence the lack of upkeep. There are much better houses to rent.
