Approx 700 ft to beach access. Nicely decorated and well appointed home with 2 master bedrooms, and gas fireplace in the great room. A perfect place to relax on those cooler days after golfing, surfing or charter fishing. (Fireplace not available in summer months) Game room with foosball table, books, games, children's toys and wet bar. Basketball hoop, outdoor grill and shower, fish cleaning table and children swing set make this a perfect family selection. Very convenient to shopping, dining and OBX activities.
