Layout:

Ground level: Large game room with a pool table, full-size refrigerator, microwave and wet bar. There is also an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, large screen TV/DVD, and full bathroom with a shower. This level opens to a covered porch with gated access to the private pool with deck furniture. The hot tub is located directly outside of the ground floor living area. A gas grill with fish cleaning table are located next to the pool area. There is also an enclosed, lighted outdoor shower with a separate dressing area.

Mid level: This floor has four bedrooms. A king master bedroom with TV/DVD, bathroom with double vanity, jet tub, and a separate private shower/toilet area. The third master bedroom has a queen bed with TV/DVD and a bathroom with shower. There is an additional king bedroom with TV/DVD which shares a bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which has pyramid bunk with TV/DVD. All bedrooms on this level open to decks except the bedroom with pyramid bunk. The washer and dryer are located on this level.

Top level: Includes a king master bedroom with TV/DVD, bathroom with double vanity, jet tub, as well as a separate private shower/toilet area. This master bedroom connects to a deck overlooking the pool. The large kitchen includes two sinks and a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area with large dining room table. The expansive living area includes a stereo/CD/iPod with speakers built in the ceiling, a large screen TV/DVD/Blu-Ray player, gas fireplace, and a half bath, all opening to a large sundeck with chairs and a picnic table. There is a small loft area (level four) off the living area that includes a desk, chair and lamp for quiet time.
