This house offers privacy in the desirable subdivision of Old Nags Head Place, only a casual 5-10 minute walk down a paved road and landscaped, lighted cement walkway to the beach. Located near Milepost 11.5, it is near Jockey’s Ridge and close to many attractions, shopping venues and restaurants. Sheets are provided for 2013 year round, weekly rentals. New additions for 2012: New flat screen TV/DVD in each bedroom, large DVD/book library to use, new stainless steel outdoor grill. The home features 5 bedrooms (including three master bedrooms), 5 bathrooms, a half bath, a private pool, hot tub, and a game room with a pool table and wet bar. There are two master bedrooms each with a king bed, a third master bedroom with a queen bed, a fourth bedroom with a king bed, a fifth bedroom with pyramid bunk, and two queen-sized sleeper sofas.

Layout:

Ground level: Large game room with a pool table, full-size refrigerator, microwave and wet bar. There is also an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, large screen TV/DVD, and full bathroom with a shower. This level opens to a covered porch with gated access to the private pool with deck furniture. The hot tub is located directly outside of the ground floor living area. A gas grill with fish cleaning table are located next to the pool area. There is also an enclosed, lighted outdoor shower with a separate dressing area.

Mid level: This floor has four bedrooms. A king master bedroom with TV/DVD, bathroom with double vanity, jet tub, and a separate private shower/toilet area. The third master bedroom has a queen bed with TV/DVD and a bathroom with shower. There is an additional king bedroom with TV/DVD which shares a bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which has pyramid bunk with TV/DVD. All bedrooms on this level open to decks except the bedroom with pyramid bunk. There is a large hammock on this deck. The washer and dryer are located on this level.

Top level: Includes a king master bedroom with TV/DVD, bathroom with double vanity, jet tub, as well as a separate private shower/toilet area. This master bedroom connects to a deck overlooking the pool. The large kitchen includes two sinks and a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area with large dining room table. The expansive living area includes a stereo/CD/iPod with speakers built in the ceiling, a large screen TV/DVD/Blu-Ray player, gas fireplace, and a half bath, all opening to a large sundeck with chairs and a picnic table. There is a small loft area (level four) off the living area that includes a desk, chair and lamp for quiet time.
