The photos do not do justice to this cozy house. It was perfect for us as a family of 5. Porch was nice and shady, and a great place to keep the dog out of trouble. Nice kitchen, and the upstairs loft was great fun for the kids, complete with it's own TV set. Bedspreads and mattress pads were not washed, but I always wash them anyway everywhere. Beach is only a short walk away. Great location! Thanks!

Carpet and furniture were very dirty and stained. No furniture on screened in porch (as shown in picture). Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Lots of light bulbs needed replacing. Left side of sink leaked.

We stayed june 25-july3rd 2010 and the house was shady to sit on the front screen in porch but had to bring my chairs because there was kinda gross, cute layout with mom and dad (us) having privacy. Beds were all not great to sleep on. The blankets were not clean but i washed them all in there wash machine down stairs before sleeping. Great for your pets. We brought ours and they loved them. For the price of the house was resonable for the location. Very short walk to beach and nice street,
