Located on the beach road in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, "Bouy I" is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath family-friendly vacation home. The beach access is just steps across the street while local dining and shops are an easy walking distance away. Watch the sun rise over the Atlantic in the mornings and lounge in the hot tub by the private pool in the evenings. Tastefully appointed interior with plenty of room for friends and family, including pets! Elevator makes packing and unpacking easy. The location of this home is nice. It's just a short walk down to the beach access. Your on beach road so you don't have to fight the highway traffic. There are a few restaurants close enough to walk to for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The bedrooms are roomy, not overcrowded and each room has a bathroom which offers great privacy. The fridge and icemaker in the rec room saves from having to go all the way up to the kitchen. The oceanview is gorgegous from the great room. The decor is simple and gives you a feeling of cleanliness. The kitchen does not carry too many supplies, only the necessities. My only complaint is that we would like to have a better broom, mop and vacum cleaner to tidy during the week. We will definately order a midweek cleaning service. Wonderful home, looking forward to next year.
