Carolina Classic 376-C

We stayed here in the off-season, and found it to be an above average house for the outer banks. The elevator is nice for move in, getting luggage up and down, or if you have a disabled family member, but otherwise a novelty. The pool and hot tub are great amenities. The location on this unit is amazing, walking distance to multiple restaurants, a drugstore, several beach stores, and of course the beach itself. The house is well appointed, in particular the kitchen. The Internet was speedy, but limited to two accounts. This was not a problem for us but may be an issue for larger groups. I would absolutely rent again!

We cannot say enough about this home! We have been coming to OBX for the last 20 years annually, with my entire family. We stayed in another home for 10 years straight -- until the owners chose to sell and the buyer now lives there year round. This is the first year we have stayed in this home, and it was perfect for us. It is the perfect house for privacy, if needed, but plenty of space to spend as a family when we wanted to be together. The kitchen was well stocked, the house decorated beautifully and very clean. The elevator was wonderful and is now a requirement for us since my Mom fell down the stairs at the home we rented last year resulting in 2 major surgeries on her elbow as a result. The only suggestion I would have would be to have more glasses (wine also), and to have a larger, nicer toaster. Other than that, the house is fabulous and we are renting again next year! We are disappointed that the Early Check option is no longer available, and would vote for the owners to reconsider offering this. That was a huge plus for us since we leave so early to arrive in OBX hoping to avoid the traffic jams on check in day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This house was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids (age 9, 12, and 15)! The living areas and bedrooms were spacious which allowed everyone to get quiet time as needed as well as gather together as a family and not feel like we were on top of each other. Game room was perfect for the kids to hang out! And adults really enjoyed the sun deck off of the family room. It was great to have the private pool ...especially since it was so hot! The hot tub was nice, but because the weather was so hot we didn't use it much. The house is a very short walk to beach access (that also has parking). Since this house is 3 stories, the elevator was a huge bonus for check in/out day and grocery shopping. This house came with more than enough bed linens and bath towels, but be sure to bring your own beach towels. We had a great time, loved the house, and would definitely recommend this house to our friends/family!
