  • New beach deck. Easy access
    New beach deck. Easy access to beach by walkway over small dune. Long hose to deck available to use.

  • You are probably asking
    You are probably asking "What dune?" Well there is one at the end of the ramp that you see in the pictures. The pics are before the last hurricane I guess and there is one there now. It is not bad though, just a nuisance if you have small children or elderly people with you.

  • The house is more spacious
    The house is more spacious than the pictures show. We had a great time there. The view is great. The only negative things I can say is, there needs to be steps over the dune and the water hose should be longer to allow spraying of deck. Other than that, it was great!

  • Love this house!
    This was our 2nd year in a row to stay at Sunny Daze and we had such a great time! The house is cute, comfortable and very nicely decorated. There is nothing better than sitting out on the deck and enjoying the sea breezes while looking out over the ocean and beach. The new walkway that leads down to the beach off the deck is great; one suggestion, though- it would be nice if there was a railing on both sides of the steps going down onto the beach. Currently, there is railing on just one side of the steps. All in all, though, we really like the new ramp. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely little house!
