Cozy 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom vacation home! Complete with hot tub located on the second floor deck, internet access, and smoke-free interior. This home also features a screened-in porch on the top deck w/ table and chairs, perfect for getting out in the fresh air for a little while & keeping the mosquitoes away in the evening! The bedrooms are freshly painted, with flat screen TV’s in the Queen Master & the living room. Also as an added convenience, bed linens are provided for all weekly rentals in 2013. So leave those sheets at home, and clear that space in your suitcase for more beachwear!

Located at MP 6.5 in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this home is located near wonderful restaurants, fun-filled OBX activities, and shopping. Kmart and Food Lion are right down the road, also at MP 6.5. Providing convenient access to groceries and all the beach gear you’ll need for your week –long vacation! The R/C Movie Theater is right next door to Kmart, a perfect activity for those rainy days at the beach, or a movie premiere you just can’t wait to see.

The Avalon Fishing Pier is just down the road at MP 6. No need to even get in the car, just head down to the pier from the beach for some great fishing! The Wright Brothers National Memorial is located at MP 7.5 and is a great spot for a family outing, history buffs, and aviation fanatics. And be sure to check-out Lost Treasure Mini-Golf, located at MP 7, for the best mini-golf course in the Outer Banks!

And for the shoppers in the family, the Belk store is right across from Kmart and the movie theater, and offers a large selection of attire for the whole family. And for those delicious family dinner outings, be sure to try Barefoot Bernie’s at MP 4.5 in Kitty Hawk for some amazing island inspired dishes, or try Carolina Seafood Buffett on the beach road at MP 6.5 for some traditional OBX seafood!      Family vacation
    My children,their spouses and my grandchildren spent a week on the outer banks. It was their first time to this area. The house was perfect for our group. My sister and her family had a house on the beach nearby so we drove to her house and enjoyed the beach everyday. Come About is in a good location to movies,attractions and restaurants. We loved the outside shower. No tracking sand onto floors of the house! The only thing I would advise improving is the washer and dryer. The washer vibrates a great deal when it spins and the dryer was extremely slow, burning a great deal of electricity,I would think. There was no can opener in the kitchen, but the office sent one as soon as we called. A repairman also came by to fix a shelf that was broken on the refrigerator. We would use this house again!

     Girls Vacation
    We had a group of High School Senior Girl Scouts and their moms that decided to vacation at the Outer Banks as their final trip together before going off to college. This house was perfect. It was very clean when we arrived and a great location to the beach. only a short walk each day to the beach. Located centrally to all local attractions, shopping, etc that you could possibly need. We had a great first trip to Outer Banks. Only hiccup during stay was there was no can opener in kitchen. We had to borrow from neighbor and the WIFI didn't work for 2 days during our stay, not that we used our laptops too much but when we needed it, wasn't available and had to call the rental agency to contact internet provider.
