     best vacation yet
    Best vacation yet! We loved the decks and the hot tub and the proximity to everything else while feeling a million miles away when on the beach. We have two children 9 and 11 and they still have not stopped talking about it. They loved everything about our OBX vacation

     Best beach access
    Have stayed in this house for the past two Easters for two weeks each year. Beach access is great for both me, my husband and our elderly dog. House is comfortable, however we try to spend our time on the deck and boardwalk over dune. Great location! Will most likely return next year. After coming to OBX for past 17 years, this is first house we've stayed in more than once.

     house needs repairs
    House has some problems. No blender (no smoothies for the kids or blended adult drinks) No games which after 10 years of OBX stays we usually expect at the house. Kitchen cabinets do not stay latched. Extension chords running under carpet in main room? Safe? Wheels on dishwasher kept coming off. Ice maker did not work. Good location, nice beach, house has potential but needs some work for sure! We had a great week as always. The 3 stars are for the house, the vacation gets 5 stars.

    Needs updating--all appliances including washer and dryer also needs new mattresses in all bedrooms.Location is about the only thing this house has going for it.

    The house was perfect, cozy, comfortable and had that special home feel. The kitchen OMG has everything you need! Truly just bring your bathing suite.
