  • Great Stay!!!
    This was a perfect stay! The house was stunning. We will be returning to Carolina On My Mind for sure. The pics do it no justice...LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!!!

  • This upcoming season will be
    This upcoming season will be our 5th staying at Carolina In My Mind. We bounced around to several different cottages prior to finding her and NONE have given us the ammeneties and peace that we have found here. My wife and I have watched our children grow-up here. Each year going deeper and deeper into the clear blue surf and one by one shedding the "floaties" in the pool after a day of socializing, surfing and more socializing at the beach around the corner. This cottage has everything that you need in the kitchen, not to mention a great library of DVDs, games (NON-ELECTRONIC mind you) and space enough to invite the family,friends & new found beach buddies back for afternoon cocktails. We have shared Carolina with two other couples each year so you know you'll have the room !! The Howe's have done an excellent job in updating and maintaining their lovely home to share. Can't imagine another spot !!

  • Great Vacation Rental!
    I have been a visitor to the Outerbanks for over 40 years and have stayed in many different cottages. This cottage ranks in the highest of highest category. Great location, super ammenities, very clean and comfortable. A very relaxing stay is assured to all who stay at this wonderful cottage rental! My family and I will continue to look forward to many more visits to the outerbanks and especially at this cottage!
