This modern home is designed for optimum privacy; each bedroom has access to their own balcony. The rear yard is fenced in for the convenience and safety of your pets. Should you choose to stay connected to home or the office, high speed wireless internet is available. On those rare rainy days, you’ll love the state of the art media room with a flat screen TV and home theatre surround sound for an exciting movie watching experience. Don’t forget about the billiards table with wet bat and icemaker, the perfect place to hang out and entertain family and friends.

  • Great house! Everything is
    Great house! Everything is new and in great condition. Felt like resort accomodations. The elevator was very convenient and surround sound on the 3rd level and media room sounded great. Easy walking distance to the beach and right across from North Duck Watersports for water fun activities.

  • We really enjoyed our stay
    We really enjoyed our stay at "The Palms". We visit the OBX every summer and have stayed at different homes but this house was perfect for our family. Great location in Duck, short walk to the ocean and the house had new and clean accomodations. We also enjoyed the elevator in helping bring in our luggage and groceries.

    Loved the house! Great floor plan, very new furniture and carpet. The fenced in rear yard was great for our pet and kids! The elevator and media room was icing on the top. We truly enjoyed our resort like accomodations.

  • "This was a great house.
    "This was a great house. Beautiful landscaping, not too far from beach(good walk), fenced in yard perfect!!! We really liked the elevator because we have a paralyzed Black Lab. She didn't like it at first but soon got used to it. Thank you. The only thing that might be done better is I don't think the cleaning crew washed the various throw rugs in the house. We all had a great time. Thanks again. Brenda "
