Bad Bean Taqueria

The Bad Bean Taqueria was inspired by the many taquerias that are scattered along the Pacific Coast from Northern California to the tip of Baja. Their goal is to provide fresh, simple ingredients prepared from scratch using authentic flavors and techniques. The chefs use dried Mexican peppers such as Gaujillos, Pasillas, Ancho, Chipotles as well as a variety of fresh peppers and spices that add just the right punch of flavor. Be sure to try the Bad Bean fresh fish tacos using local Mahi-Mahi pan seared, topped with Yucatan jicima slaw, and Salsa Fresca.
