Situated on 250 acres, this community has both oceanfront and soundfront homes.  Beautifully manicured grounds showcase the lovely homes and villas. During the summer months‚ the Corolla Light trolley will take you to locations throughout the community‚ such as one of four pools‚ tennis courts‚ the oceanfront and the Sports Center. The year-round Sports Center makes off-season vacationing fun for the whole family. The oceanfront recreation center offers a pool, a basketball court, pool tables and many other amentities. The indoor sports center has a swimming pool, excercise room, sauna, racquetball courts, lounge and indoor tennis courts for an additional fee. Soundside multi-use trails, pool, spa, and putt-putt golf course are also offered. Please note that Corolla Light does not allow RV's, boats, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind to be parked in the driveway of the property, on the street, or anywhere in the community.
