Outer Banks locals shred for ESPN Surfing

An epic day of surf was documented by ESPN Surfing contributor Matt Lusk when he hit up the Southern Outer Banks coast with locals Jesse Hines, Jeff Myers and a few other notorious Outer Banks shredders. With the summer season well on its way, these surfers are making the best with what waves are still rolling in.
